Tall grasshopper card

I was inspired by several challenge blogs to create this card.  I don't have a sentiment on it yet.  It could be a "Hoppy Birthday" card, or just a general cheery summer card.

The only cart I used was Stretch Your Imagination.  I used the card feature, and opted for the "stretched" card.  I used my Gypsy to stretch it a little more so it would be the size of a tall card to fit in a business envelope.  I also used my Gypsy to create layering, as the card feature on this cart does not allow for layering.
Here is a view of the whole card:

Here is a close-up of the grasshopper.  I gave him googly eyes.

This card will be entered in the following challenges:
Cricut Cardz Challenge #77--use the card feature from any cart, using any colors
My Creative Time Throwback Thursday episode 195--use any older cart (Stretch your Imagination was one of the very first carts I bought) and the colors green and yellow
Bug Bites Grillin' n Chillin' blog hop party part 2--create a project with one of the hidden critters from the blog hop

A Note of Thanks

My husband needed some thank you cards, and since he is a musician, "A note of thanks" was the perfect sentiment.  Nothing fancy on this card.  The background was run through the Allegro Cuttlebug folder.  The note is from Stretch Your Imagination.  It goes with the little chick on that cart.  I used the Real Dial Size function to make it bigger.  The music brad was a lucky find at Goodwill.

This card will be entered at Getting Cricky in the music challenge.

Happy Holly Days!

This is another Mary-inspired card.  It is 4.25 x 5.5 inches.  I cut the holly paper at 3.5 x 4in, but I think I would cut this slightly longer next time to allow for a little more overlap with the green paper, which I cut at 2 x 4 inches and ran through the Holly Ribbons Cuttlebug folder.  The holly was cut from Stretch Your Imagination.  I cut it at 2 inches and mounted it on foam tape.  (I had tried 2.5 inches and that was too wide, but I think next time I'd try 2.25.")  I printed the sentiment on the computer and trimmed the corners with a Creative Memories corner punch.
